This is a true hands-on growth role for someone who thrives on ownership, pace, and impact. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own acquisition end-to-end in a fast-moving, subscription-led business. You’ll sit at the intersection of performance, brand, and advocacy with full accountability for always-on campaigns, budgets, and growth outcomes. This role suits someone who’s come up through agency or performance environments , loves being close to the numbers, and is now ready to own growth properly , not just execute briefs. What you’ll be doing Owning customer acquisition strategy and execution across paid, organic, partnerships, and experimentation Running always-on performance campaigns with full budget ownership and accountability for CAC, LTV, and growth targets Designing and optimising funnels from first touch through to conversion and retention Driving subscription / membership growth , with a strong understanding of lifecycle, retention, and advocacy Working closely with product, brand, and leadership to align growth initiatives with business priorities Testing relentlessly: channels, messaging, offers, creative, landing pages, and audience strategy Turning customers into advocates through smart referral, community, and brand-led growth initiatives Reporting clearly on what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re changing next What we’re looking for Proven experience in growth or acquisition marketing , ideally within a startup, scale-up, or high-performance agency environment Strong hands-on execution background across paid media and growth channels Experience owning budgets, targets, and outcomes , not just delivery Exposure to subscription or membership-based products (big plus) Commercial-minded, data-driven, and comfortable making fast decisions Someone who enjoys hustle culture : autonomy, pace, experimentation, and responsibility A builder’s mindset: you see problems as opportunities and move quickly to solve them Why this role?
